Homusubi

A mute dragon with a powerful and threatening aura. Everywhere Homusubi goes, the snow melts under his giant paws and dragons hush in his presence. No one knows his true background and whenever asked they're met with a stare and tension so thick it could be cut with a claw. The few who dare to get close to him have found that he isn't an evil dragon, just quiet. Bianca and Crocodile seem to be the only dragons he talks to, having been seen conversing by writing on stones.



Kagutsuchi's (Also known as Homusubi) birth burned his mother Izanami, causing her death. His father Izanagi, in his grief, beheaded Kagutsuchi with his sword, Ame no Ohabari (天之尾羽張), and cut his body into eight pieces, which became eight volcanoes.

Homusubi, in the Shintō religion of Japan, a god of fire. The fire god is revered as a purificatory agent as much as out of fear for his destructiveness.
