Biography

Zinanthid A responsible protector As Guardians travel until they find their one special thing to be their purpose, she knew guarding this lair was hers. The two summer-coat Tundra were away from their native habitat and hapless at defending themselves. But the area was beautiful and the comraderie was pleasant, so being here is a joy not a burden. And now the powerhouse who can do the fighting for 3 dragons at a time. Bonded to: Akunda Scry: as-is Wishlist: as-is Origin: AH looking for Guardians to be my Coli battlers for lore reasons, and yay spooky. Familiar Origin: originally Tengu Caller for color overall, yay spooky, yay tengu legend Familiar Origin (2nd Awakened): because this dragon never hibernates, we confirm she Awakened a second specific familiar by herself rather than rotating. This reaper comes from the time when Zinanthid began wearing the Reaper skin and started getting numb and face-blind from all the dragons she’s trained. She is also feeling dejected because her charge was originally defending “this helpless tiny lair” and now her days are training hundreds and thousands of dragons that are never seen again for deities far and wide. Familiar Origin (3rd Awakened): this Sweetsong Reaper came from a time when Zinanthid cheered up about her role. She now has specific Coli times only. She no longer feels like the un-chosen duty is a never-ending burden. Off-duty time finally means off-duty. She is free to pursue her charge of protecting this lair from invaders and most importantly enjoy life. Familiar Origin (4th Awakened): Nightshade Reaper is not a symbol that Zinanthid’s depression has returned, rather that she feels SO steady that she wants to take other gloomy souls under her wing. Familiar origin (in progress): Somber Spirit is too intimidating for most other dragons, but Zinanthid is so secure and grounded that she can handle any morbid vibes. Trained 100% to 25 (prior to 11/2024 are forgotten forever) Xiaofan in BadPearl’s clan A cunning vice president of an unscrupulous organization The Company 11/24/2024 NerdMom wrote:
Xiaofan absorbed all lessons such as identifying melee and mages, elemental andvantages, and prioritizing by degrees of harmful. But she REALLY looked keen during a certain procedure. Sometimes her trainers would bite an enemy to regain health, injure it fatally with a bleeding wound, then meditate for breath power while it bled out. Sometimes they let an especially weak enemy last even longer while they regained allll their breath power.
Ohhh, Xiaofan’s wheels turned. As a metaphor, this goes beyond mere “enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Try “an enemy can be a shield against upcoming worse enemies - keep at least one on hand I can throw under the [bus].” “Sometimes enemies are worth more alive than dead, especially if I gain even more from them the slower I bleed them dry.” And unlike beasts, dragons like Xiaofan don’t simply announce when they are your enemy…. |
