rambling:
this will be literally my most expensive project ever (at least genes-wise) but once I made this scry I HAD to do it. unfortunately this dragon is the wrong pose for my scry so he'll need a silhouette scroll on top of the two gem genes sdkgfdg
(but it's so worth it for him.)
edit: SOMEONE GIFTED ME ONE OF THEM. and then I couldn't help but use some of my "emergency" notn egg stash to gene him the rest of the way. but now he's done oh my god :D
oh and I didn't even mention how lucky I was that there was a perfect g1 available in these colours??? especially since he was hibden fodder so I got him for a ridiculously cheap price too
also I was slightly sad that he has water eyes but then I realized. he literally has blue eyes. so this is actually canon compliant :D especially because they're bright!!
the wings are to add black to his outfit like his cape but they're also symbolic :)
the red hood technically should be black but the black hood on this site is really purple and red just looked better on him so oh well!
basically I'm so happy with the balance of apparel and genes here too?? with my few other fandragons I struggled with adding apparel once their dragon scries were done. I guess this is what happens when I actually fully plan out a dragon BEFORE actually buying the dragon haha
someday I will make... probably the whole family ngl (DEFINITELY Steph and Jason and probably Damian). and then I will have enough dragons to make a whole fandragon tab! but they need to wait until I finish some of my other trillion pending projects smh
