When you are in decent shape but need a helping hand in recovering from a tough fight, Hazrad is the dragon to see. When your hatchling is born pale but is otherwise strong, Hazrad is the dragon to see. When your head's gone cloudy with the sniffles and your feathers are falling out in clumps, Hazrad is the dragon to see. But if you tough out a fall from a warwagon, are gutted by weapon or claw, or are found at the edge of the water barely clinging to life, Hazrad is the last dragon you want to see.

Hazrad is very skilled in his craft indeed, but he also preys upon the disconnected, the mortally wounded, the disoriented and weak, for his own gain. When he comes to carry off a victim of horrible, horrible fate, they do not come back fully as themselves again. A dragon who is revived by Hazrad is a dragon whose body is repaired with metal, fuel, and fire in the name of the angel Combustion, and for the good of the clan.
