As the Captain of Defense, it's Merlot's job to maintain the combat readiness of the couriers. She works with several others, mainly Beau and Alexander, to prepare for any raids or hostile incursions.

Despite her title and duty, Merlot is a peaceful dragon, far more interested diplomacy than war. However, her first priority is to protect her friends and family, no matter the means.
