Fetchlings are born from befouled eggs that have been somehow tainted by the unseelie wights. Somewhere between true dragon and true wight, these hatchlings often exhibit a prowess for magic and divination, though they are physically weaker than most and even further debilitated when exposed to sunlight.

Some fetchlings are haunted throughout their lives by jealous wights who seek to torment them into their graves, while others are inexplicably drawn to deepest places in Sornieth, searching for the source of their unnatural power. Either way, these afflicted creatures tend to lead a tragic existence. 		____________
