Bry comes from a vampiric lineage from the stars, feeding off of other dragons to survive. Despite the fears of other dragons, Bry's species believes in only feeding from the willing, as part of their moral beliefs and rules place upon their hatchlings from birth. Because of this, Bry has found a community with this crew of misfits within the cirque, a few healthy enough willing to let her feed to survive.
