Snow is the watchmen for dragons who have gotten into fights and broken the law. As such he is in charge of stopping a dragon from going on an aggressive rampaged and once they are in custody Snow is in charge of keeping them in line. While the Peace Lilies are in charge of mediating arguments, Snow is there when they get out of hand and to make sure the community service or other punishments are carried out after escorting them to their judge. Snow is equip with a unique ability that allows him to take out dragons without causing serious harm, as such the Peace Lilies usually call on Snow to deal with dragons who get too Rowdy. Snow isn't just a Peace Lily operative, any dragon in the clan can call on him as personal security. Sometimes many performers ask Snow and Jinx, his partner, to provide security when returning home since fans will ask for autographs.

Snow and Jinx can be found in their office home near the center of clan. They constructed their detention facility completely from tree sap and strong branches and pillars of jungle stone to prevent dragons from escaping. Thanks to the elements of Snow and Jinx, dragons can't burn through the bars and Jinx can electrify them with a touch should dragons start pounding on the bars. Don't underestimate them just cause they are small Faes, the fact they are small just means you can see them hiding around when they use their powers.

In fact, Snow's ability to take out dragons is quite unique. He can raise the temperature of dragons causing heat syncope in any dragon who isn't a Fire dragon. Though it is quite hot in the jungle here, the heat Snow produces is so intense that not even Nature dragons who live here can withstand it. So why is Snow called Snow? Well, the heat he produces are so hot, that it can turn plant leaves to ash and well snow. Snow and Jinx work as a team, where Jinx takes over opponents that don't fall to Snow's abilities and Snow takes over for Jinx too.

They are actually quite nice dragons, often working with the dragons who were sent in for community service. They often deal with a lot of angry dragons who can get quite angry that tiny Faes took them down. Their usuals usually include dragons who had one too many drinks, squabblers, intense paparazzi, Tricksters, and dragons who can get over zealous in battles. Often dragons that are sent to get community service work in the Tavern, cleaning up shops and groundskeeping with the Groundskeepers, rebuilding the structures they broke with the Lodgers and other craftsmen, or rehabilitation with them. They often bring Cloud to their facility to take with dragons on improving their decisions that lead to them being here. Snow and Jinx keep the detention facility open 24 hours. Often, the Forest Rangers take shifts guarding the more serious detentionees. Some dragons cause serious harm to other dragons or the clan's infrastructure and as such remain under steady guard of the Forest Rangers on Jinx and Snow's hours off.

In their free time, Jinx and Snow like to adventure other parts of the clan and they are actually supports of the arts. Sometimes, Snow and Jinx even partake in Fae Football though they will actually ask Pearlcatcher's for permission before using the pearls. Since they are avid rule followers, they often referee for sporting events and when dragons get too carried away they can handle it. Since they are often security detail for dragons in the performing arts, they get behind the look scenes at performances.
