Beachfoam

The first of her clan.

Beachfoam grew up in a small community on the coastal plains subject to frequent storms. Not long after reaching maturity, a large hurricane was foreseen to to make landfall soon. When the storm came, she holed up with the rest of the community to ride out the storm, but strange visions took her as the eye passed over.

She saw many strange scenes, beautiful marshes to ethereal steppes, but more importantly, she saw other dragons. Dozens, if not hundreds, even kinds she didn't even know existed, sheltered as she was. First, another young Fae, then what she later learned was an Undertide, then others. Somehow each dragon elicited familiarity, though she was sure she had never met them.

After the eye had passed, the visions stopped, but Beachfoam was left with an intense instinct to follow the storm. She knew it would lead her on the path to what she had seen. She followed, and eventually came upon her current home, the Mire, and the first Fae she had seen in her vision as well - Deepwater, her eventual mate.

Since she left, Beachfoam has had no further visions - but occasionally she will abruptly remember a dragon she saw when finding something or someone new. So far, this has alwas lead her to the dragon in question. She doesn't know why she was granted this vision, but each dragon she has met this way has been an important one in her life. Hopefully they all remain pleasant ones!
