Biography

Unavenos

throughout his many, many years of life-1356, to be exact-Unavenos had always been an adventurer, wandering the human world and finding himself in odd situations with his human companions. It was one of these misadventures that ended up thrusting the Jauhl species out of the shadows and into humanity's sight.
A year prior, Unavenos had met his most recent human companion-Victoria Oak, more commonly known as Vickie. She'd stumbled into him in Chicago, Illinois, and had taken him in. After Vickie brought him home to Ohio, Unavenos likewise found himself growing attached to the surprisingly quiet trouble magnet. Soon, he was tagging along with her everywhere. Together, the pair got themselves into various antics, particularly involving Unavenos's many, MANY arguments with the various history teachers. However, most of these antics were as normal as those in a human-Jauhl friendship could be, it was the next summer-when Vickie got into high school, and thus marching band-when things would start to change.
Then, as with all small-town high schools, there became an overlap of grade levels, and so older kids began finding their way into Vickie's little gaggle of freshman-including a senior who happened to be Vickie and a couple others' section leader, Brilyn Anderson.
as stated, this is how things got a bit more...unusual.
It began one night as they returned from a rather late-running game, and Bri wasn't waking up. Unsettlingly calm and perceptive as she usually is in these situations, Vickie suggested maybe it was to do with the blinking red light on the back of her neck. Sure enough, it did; in fact, it turned out to be a power button. Of course, this isn't the most unexpected discovery between the trio.
roughly 2 weeks afterward, Bri approached Unavenos, seemingly nervous.
