Reverth laughed gently at his son's reaction. "Don't think you're going to start fighting right away!" he cautioned. "There's a lot more to being a good Warrior that just battle moves, and your body needs to grow a little more besides! I'm sure you will have regular schooling first, just like your brothers. You just be sure to pay attention to everything your teachers tell you, both in the classroom and then the Coliseum, and I'm sure you will do Pulchrior proud!"
The little hatchling swelled with pride. "I sure will, Dad!" he promised. "Now can we GO? I'm ready!!" And so they proceeded to the Crossroads to meet the guide who would escort him to The Raven Kingdom.
