Biography
Cireasa Meteorynne, a living expository for any and all monsters, creatures, animals, spirits, and other such non-Draconic or Beastclan beings. She wears her ability to perfectly recite encyclopedia entries for monsters by memory as a badge of honor, and it's earned her the status of one of the most reliable Overseers within The Roses' Thorns. Should a horrorbeast ever escape, Cireasa quickly figures out how to subdue it before it can so much as bother the Keepers.
Selected Virtue: Knowledge
Hindering Vice: Tangential Tendencies
Order: Overseer
Cireasa started as a member of a ward of Gaolers within the Starwood Strand, though the Arcane blood ran so thick through her veins that it did not take long for her to postpone her order training and ceremony in order to become...as equipped as possible for the job. She spent years studying in the Tourmaline Archives regarding every manner of living creature, big and small, harmless and diabolical, from the earth, sea, sky, and beyond, flesh and supernatural, and did so restlessly. After receiving an in-depth education and graduating with honors, she returned to her clan with the declaration of becoming an Overseer, ready for anything, and excited to see what manner of beast she may encounter whilst carrying out her duties, especially within the Starfall Isles, where anything could happen.
What actually happened, however, was a clan short-staffed on Seekers, and consequently, nothing much for Cireasa to do other than to cover the shifts of overexhausted Keepers as most shadebeasts found were...unimpressive, merely common animals who were easily enough fully exorcised after a couple of days and set free. At most, she was able to study the ruined satellite of the re-earthbound Aethers before it was declared clean and was relocated to a museum near the Arcanist's Observatory.
Life was something it should not be for a dragon in the Starfall Isles. Life was boring.
But Cireasa salivated when she heard of an Emperor dragon tearing apart the countryside of the Sunbeam Ruins. If not that, there were no shortage of monstrosities lurking within the Hewn City.
If she could find another sect of Gaolers to the east with more Seekers, she figured, then she could do so much more than take over cleansing duty for the Keepers once a season...
Here at the Morning Roses, now enlisted as one of the Thorns, Cireasa has much, much more to do than she initially had, and is certainly thrilled at the eldritch beasts within her custody, all for her to study and purify.
