Delphi found her purpose in life when Maudit protected her from a pack of feral Mirrors long ago in the wastes. From then, she improved her ability, honed it to perfection to become a silent and deadly shadow to the ruler of the Haarim. His word is her gospel, breathing in the very commands like they are sustenance that gives her life. She acts as his representative if need be, but otherwise remains quiet like her master.
