Scourge is literally made of rot, more or less. It was materialized from a patch of Ultron's ooze that was missed during extermination. She bubbles and boils, and smells absolutely awful, like rotting fruit, flesh, and death itself. Interstellar, one of the clan's mages, has placed a spell on the creature that makes it so she does not drip on anything, nor produce such foul odor. Despite this, most dragons avoid it, which it doesn't understand nor care about why. Scourge is mindless, has no real thought process. All she does is wander about, a constant reminder of the danger of Plague essence. Young dragons are often warned to stay away from it.
