Mesmere is an odd sight to behold. While outwardly charming and preened to perfection, his hobbies aren't for the faint of heart. The spectacular dragon is an talented enchanter with a peculiar fondness for the macabre; reanimating skeletal remains. While certainly not as forbidden as necromancy- it's no surprise that most do not care for his craft.
