The unspoken bullephant in the room it is-- Imagine if you would this pirate/warlord/self-appointed tyrant of the clan pulls YOU out of the circus, named and costumed such as you might be and drafts you into (gestures sarcastically) THIS band...and it's clear from the start he's expecting you to die, to fail, to quit, anything but rise with him and his crew to the top. Just look at them, beaten but not crushed, bloodied but not mortally so...they don't make it without me. 'You're the sauce' they used to say. So don't act like you didn't bring it up, but yes...it is...difficult...to get the respect you deserve, but I'm not sure it's the company I'm in or the very unfortunate name that stuck since I was little. It matters ever less so when all you have to do to prove the point is stand back and watch them go on without you."
