Reth is a Majiri living in Kilima Valley. He works in the Inn as the village cook, though he really only ever makes soup. Lettuce soup is his specialty. He does try learning new recipes, like century eggs, unfortunately he forgets where he buries the eggs. He may also, unfortunately be involved with the Cartel. In fact the tattoos on his arm are tracking runes placed there by the cartel, they know where he is at all times. His sister wants to find a way to free him from them, but she doesn't know he only ever got involved to save her from her life threatening illness, and now he's just trying to work off his debt.
