Phoebe

Backstory:
- Phoebe came to the clan with Neptune in a very bad state when they were still hatchlings - they'd been attacked on the way and she had been severely injured. Her first few days in the clan were spent drifting in and out of consciousness as Fenrir tried to heal her and Neptune kept watch. They weren't sure whether they were allowed to stay for a while, but eventually Neptune asked if they could and their wishes were granted.
- This was in part due to Caveling's persuasions and partly do to with Blossom, who recognised Phoebe as her niece almost instantly upon seeing her. The two are now very close, though Blossom's doting can annoy her sometimes.
Personality:
- She still bears the scars from her incident, but they don't impact her daily life. Phoebe remains strong and geared towards survival like a true Plague dragon - she will never go down without a fight and will make sure Neptune doesn't either. Her fearless and energetic personality may seem curious to other dragons considering how she almost died, but in her eyes life is too short to be bogged down by the past.

- Stamina and pain tolerance. Also not an ability, but her wings are ENORMOUS compared to her body size.

- If Warrior weren't present she would jump straight to being the Plague representative - unfortunately, Phoebe can't beat her in a fight.
- Her favourite food is the Red and Black Froghopper.
