Hailing from the boneyards and wastes of the north, Aure flew far from the wretched plains as far as her wings could carry her. Much like those seeking shelter around her, she had come across none other than the goddess Aulon's dens nestled deep within the crevices of the tundra. It was there she met Aodh, who was a Pearlcatcher at the time, living in his sister's shadow amidst the abandonment of his mother, while also struggling to come to terms with his purpose and existence.
Aure, the headstrong aether she was, had bluntly told him that he was able to change whatever he wanted about himself, he only needed the succor to do so. Thus did Aodh do just that, in the image of his new lover, and his new reason for being.

Aure is headstrong and stern, a product of her previous environment. The opposite of Aodh in many ways, thus they are ever complimentary. Where Aodh falters, Aure lies in wait to stand in his place. Aure is kind but not afraid to be brash, and often times will tell off others who attempt to manipulate Aodh of his kindness and sheepishness. She is protective of those close to her, and can be quite fearless and overzealous when it comes to keeping them safe.
