Cakes

The BabyCakes project is a project that's meant to represent the care, dedication, patience, commitment, and devotion that comes with loving someone with your entire heart.

This project also represents continuing to love someone, even as they change, even as they go through different phases of their life. To love them all the same, even if they're not exactly the same as you remember, because at the end of the day, they're the same person, they're still the one you love.

This project, much like a beloved relationship, will be treated with care, and will not be abandoned halfway into it.

"Babycakes" is one of my petnames for my partner, and it has quickly become one of my favorite ones to use. So, I've named this project BabyCakes.

Although the colors were chosen just to have matching eyes, the genes were chosen with a bit more meaning to them.

"I love you to the moon and back, you're the stars in the night sky."

So, what IS the BabyCakes project?

I've taken two dragons, Baby and Cakes, that were both Imperials, had identical genes, were in the same color range, and were unbred.

These two dragons are going to be bred three times, and then breed changed, and then that will be repeated until I am out of Modern dragons to turn them into, and at that point, I will be holding onto them, waiting until the next Modern is released. This, like mentioned before, represents loving your partner all the same, even as they grow and change, because they're still your love.

Each offspring will be leveled to 25, given an outfit, a matching familiar, and a piece of art, will usually be a full color bust, offspring will be sold on Tumblr for 500g/kt, and will preferably only go to lore lairs.

My partner, obviously, gets first dibs on any and all dragons hatched as part of the BabyCakes project. I feel like that's self explanatory, since I'd give my Babycakes anything he'd ever want from me, and he's already got my entire heart.
