Cecil lives in a quiet little desert with a clan of dragons just on the outskirts of the Arcanists territory. How a desert even got there in the first place is beyond everyone else's comprehension. The weather surrounding the sand waste doesn't match up with how a desert should be. Like they're incased in an invisible dome, having their own separate weather and landscape from the rest of the land. Though when asked about this small desert area from dragons that have passed by or visited, the dragons being asked tend to forget its existence. Did it slip their mind? Did it even exist in the first place? Oh well, they've forgotten aways, best not to dwell on it. Though small, this little community is fiercely proud of their home. And although they tend to appear a bit odd to newcomers (INTERLOPERS!!!!) they will fight tooth and claw for each other.

When he isn't busy broadcasting to his dear listeners or running around chasing the next headline to gossip about he's at home with his beloved husband Carlos. Seriously, he has a whole room dedicated to them and running out of space fast. And it's REALLY hard to live your life with an cave full of cookie boxes.
