The formal, or as he says, "real" cook of the manor house. Mousse can make treats for guests, sure, but someone has to tend to the real needs of the employees. Eleuthero cooks and caters to the regular meals of the residents here. He takes his job seriously, and dislikes anyone interfering with his work in the kitchen. His favored recipes are ones he's brought from his home and culture in the plague flight, so while they might not always be to everyone's tastes he insists that there's nothing that will make you stronger.
