Springsprout

Occasionally, strange things will be found washed up among the flotsam and jetsam along the shore of Crater Island, but none so odd as the three Nocturne hatchlings who appeared there one late December morning: one of light, one of shadow, and one of fire. No one knows where they came from, or why, but they were taken in and raised as siblings of the Crater Island clan. Their coming was said to herald an early Spring, and so they were named accordingly.

Springsprout is by far the most energetic of the three siblings, named partially for her tendency to pop out from behind and under things as a hatchling, scaring the wits out of other dragons before disappearing again with a cackle. She is equally stealthy now, though she (usually) puts her talents to better use, serving as scout and lookout for the clan, heralding the arrival of incoming dragons.
