Guided by her crystal carrier familiar, Coral, SeaSkipper realized the Haven's potential to break free from the oppressive system. A giant ,mildly, bioluminescent bubble of air protected by powerful water magic and within it lied an abandoned city, it would allow dragons of all breeds and magic types to thrive. Guarded by a benevolent leviathan, the Haven had the potential to become a refuge for those seeking freedom.

SeaSkipper, with Coral by her side, secretly transformed the Haven, clearing old buildings and decorating the surroundings. Bathyal, a modern elemental dragon, discovered her nightly disappearances. Instead of reporting her, he offered assistance. Together, they shaped the Haven into a haven of true equality.

As leadership figures, SeaSkipper and Bathyal, now mates, welcome dragons into the Haven, sharing tales of defiance and triumph over the oppressive world above.
