Distant and dreamy, Tirananniel immediately dumbfounded the clan when born. Their celebration of hatching a newly-existent Nocturne was quickly cut short, as she acted much unlike any newborn they'd seen before. At first, they fretted she'd been born sickly, but were relieved to conclude she was simply on the "quieter side." Tira's birth into the clan was treated like a gift from the Plaguebringer herself; even Aranion could find no fault in her foreign roots.

Tirananniel is the clan's star-gazing prophet. While some might call her mad, Aranion and the senior members know the intellect beneath her eccentric ways. She is often sought out in times of doubt and suffering to interpret omens and predict the future.

Tira tailed Aranion ceaselessly as a hatchling. Clan traditions, history, and even everyday duties fascinated her, and she loved to hear about it from her leader. Though not fond of children, Aranion willingly indulged her, hoping she would grow to be loyal and well-versed in clan rules. He was more than right; for that, Tira joins him and Balanidhren when important matters are to be discussed.
