Hails from from the Shattered Plains, easily seen with his ability to assemble and disassemble technology with little effort. He prefers the latter, with a sense of mischief not unlike that of Shadow Flight's. He used to work as an employee of Stormcatcher's, but was terminated after he was found messing with company data.

Incognito's entire career revolves around hiring himself out as a professional saboteur specializing in electronics and machinery. While highly profitable, his job is equally risky, with an equal chance of gaining a large sack of treasure as there is to getting beaten to an inch of his life.

After his last venture almost had him gutted by a division of Stormcatcher's employees after shutting down one of the towers with a virus, Incognito has partially retired, dwelling in Clan Aragoge as a consultant on technology. With a little convincing he may preform favors for family, close friends, or a promising amount of cash, but otherwise feels free to instead mess with Mycena's projects out of pure schadenfreude and potentially something else.

He is unusually flippant, quick to deflect any conversation off of his personal life and highly childish, yet self centered, often dressing extravagantly. No one has ever seen him angry, but judging by the deep scores gouged into his equipment, Incognito prefers to keep some of his true emotions bottles up.

He and Facsimile seem to have a friendly rivalry ongoing, Incognito being of the few who knows of Facsimile's true personality and still living.
