A small stand sits near the edge of the Alleyway Bazaar. A Wildclaw adorned in green sits on a cushion behind the stall. She’s completely silent as she gazes at the potential customer. A sign reads “Whispering Fortunes: Whisper’s Fortune Telling Service.” The Wildclaw named Whisper had an… oddly endearing aura, causing this customer to come forward. Another cushion, identical to what Whisper sits on rests in front of the stall. The customer plops down on it. The moment they do, Whisper passes them a sheet of parchment with services and prices. Whisper begins flipping through her cards when the customer drops a few gems in front of her. Whisper gazed at the cards before turning to a grey lamp, a fox spirit soon popping out.
The customer winces as a quiet voice echoes through their mind, “You will meet an unfortunate end quite soon.” The voice informs. Wince soon turning to a scowl, the customer stood up and stalked away. Never should’ve trusted one of those lying fortune tellers… But Whisper is no phony. She simply watches, silent as always. One can not outrun fate. If you could, everyone would’ve done so already. |
