Starspun are a subspecies of veilspun that come from a fae realm of eternal twilight. Extremely gifted in all things magic, they sometimes fall to Sornieth to grant wishes to those who need them most. They can also be summoned, but this often ends in monkey’s paw type situations, as they can sense when your heart isn’t pure in intent. They take their sense of morality very seriously and are quick to pick sides and get riled up. They may be masters of malicious compliance, but if they like your aura they’ll live and die by you. Being so privy to others’ emotions, they can actually have quite a difficult time parsing their own. If a decision isn’t easy for them it often goes unmade.

When near other starspun, they subconsciously connect up into a hivemind and can have trouble un-meshing afterwards. Some starspun prefer it this way, as it makes communication and coordination much easier. Because of this, starspun are usually found either completely alone, or in large clusters. Loner starspun seem to prefer staying on Sorneith instead of returning to the realm of twilight, but colonies setting up clans isn’t unheard of either.

Starspun have match-y secondary and tertiary colors and always have the Constellation and Angler genes. Their primary can be any color and gene. Eye types preferably match either the primary or secondary colors. They don’t have to be G1s. I just like the challenge.
