Mosley can usually be found close to the mouth of the Semilan Sett, tending to the plants and fungus growing near it and along the stream. They are very quiet and, unless she is prompted, will usually remain that way. The only sounds she makes while she works are the faintest hums of their own tunes, and the occasional encouragement or praise for their small, usually insentient charges. Small animals cling to her--snakes nestling in the space between their wings and frogs perched upon her horns. Mud and dirt cling to their fur most of the day, though she bathes in the stream before retiring for the night. Mosley is difficult to anger, and greets almost all visitors with kindness and a welcoming attitude, regardless of clan or flight. Even Beastclans get a chance so long as they act without immediate threat or aggression. However, if danger makes itself immediately apparent, Mosley is the first line of defense, and quickly becomes a considerable threat. Of course, they are only one dragon, and can only handle so many aggressors, but she will certainly leave her bloody mark on as many opponents as possible. Unlike most tundras, Mosley avoids using the magical attacks of her inborn flight. Life is precious to her in spite of her element, and she refuses to be responsible for collateral damage to their living surroundings. Tooth and claw are more than enough for her. If you present yourself without ill intent, just ask and she'd be happy to guide you through the territory and introduce you to their clan. Keep in mind she has a very watchful eye--she knows your malicious plots before you do. - - - -
THE SEMILAN SETT
SHADOW TERRITORY

The Semilan Sett is a vast network of tunnels, caves, and burrows beneath the edge of the Wispwillow Grove and deep under the Driftwood Drag. There are two entrances. One beneath a large bioluminescent mushroom arching out of a small outcrop, next to a stream. The second deep beneath the water just barely not encroaching on Water territory. This second entrance is a submerged tunnel leading to a large cavern with a shore. The underground territory is lit by Kine's extensive electric system--blue-lit edison bulbs lining the walls. Supplementing this, Sallow has placed many a table and scratched out many an alcove to hold his candles. He does his best to keep the scented ones away from his allergic clan-mates, but bone-shaking sneezes are still commonplace. |
