Biography

As your gracious, audacious, and ostentatious host, Mr. Tatters aims to bring the greatest delights the Scarred Wasteland has to offer to your stay.

He holds a love for his homeland that few can parallel, and it is his dire wish to impart in his guests a new appreciation for the Scarred Wasteland. His favorite guests are those visiting Plague's land for the very first time. What a magnificent and special chance, to be able to take in the splendors of our scarred home anew! It makes him envious, really. Almost enough to kill. HAH! Tell pray, have you seen the view from your room? Watching the sun crest over the beautiful boils on the horizon is enough to move any dragon, Beast, or spirit near to tears.

I'll tell you this: you will not find a more hospitable and welcoming dragon in all the Wastes.
