No one knows Ambrose as a joker, and that's for good reason: he has a clan to keep safe! A clan mostly consisting of bug-sized dragons most would eat as their morning snack, if not for the clan's propensity for magic and relatively deserted location—why is it deserted, one may ask? Because they choose to live as closely to the Arcanist as one (who doesn't directly work under him) can get without going insane. Has Ambrose mentioned that that same volatile energy has caused many of the clan to suddenly stop growing up and occasionally obtain strange powers, such as those of their rose and thorn queens?

He certainly has his work cut out for him.
