Apis

Apis is in charge of sending dragons across Sorneith from their place in the Astrolodome. However, instead of being able to just take off right from the platform like he could at the Focal Point, he has to leave the Astrolodome first, then take off from the magenta fields with whoever is leaving.

He is very serious, very stoic, and very good at his job. He's been described as a Phytocat, or a Foo, due to his professional and deadpan disposition. His voice is low, and deep, a tone you can feel in your ribs and your guts. Apis, however, is not the biggest Imperial in the clan, and pales in comparison to the amount of fear that a dragon like Angel can instill in others.

This imperial is a huge stickler for being on schedule all the time, and even being a minute late will make him angry. Well, as angry as this rather unemotional imperial can get.

He adorns a mask along with thick aviator coat to keep his face, and neck, warm during flight. Especially in the winter.

A few dragons have come up to him and asked: "Why do you do this?"

He was in the Majoris Rehome program since he was an adolescent, younger than even now, and was inspired to help others find homes. Because no matter how much Lizboltis advertised him for adoption, for potential homes, jobs, etc...

No one wanted him.

So he vowed that he would get every single dragon that passed through the Rehome Bay a chance, and a home.

Oh, and with the help of Kiwi(The Clan Lawyer), Apis handles the adoption papers.

Any dragons that went through the Vagarihome Rehome Bay can write to Apis as their "Parent." As well as George and Viviane.
