Legend has it this dragon is not a dragon at all, but rather a mechanical being come to life through runic Water magic. She is never seen on land, but rather in the beds of deep streams, lakes, and seas. Only glimpses have been caught of her-- anyone who is thought to have witnessed her up close is found washed ashore, dead, with the gashes of large talons puncturing their chests. Some suspect she has a pattern to her killings-- most of the dragons who she kills have a severe criminal reputation. Others suspect it's just a matter of chance.

named in honor of my friend. I asked him what to name the dragon and he said 'Avahler' for no reason, it was just the first nonexistent word that popped into his head. Then he told me that he made up a language where avira means water dragon, so I went with that for her full name lol
