Arwen is an angel of sorts, yet one who defied the wishes of his deity and was cast from the sky, stripping him of his light and colors.

Arwen’s job was to get rid of a “fault” in the “fabric of destiny” but when he realized that the “fault” was a hatchling, he couldn’t muster the strength to do it.

Arwen knew Eowyn before he fell, as they were part of the same constellation of stars yet he knows why she was sent down here: to get rid of him.

He is very good friends with the dragon that he didn’t kill: this dragon does not know his initial assignment. Instead, he’s deemed himself their protector.

He’s taken a liking to thing of green-blue and cyan coloration because that was the color of his light before he fell.
