Púca is the Ministry's choirmaster, responsible for leading the chorus during services and performances. It's difficult to tell much about this dragon, except that he is a study in contradiction. He is as much black as he is white, degraded as exalted. Like all the Siblings of Sin, he has an eerie and uncomfortable affect, even if it's difficult to point out why. Even his gift of perfect pitch makes people squirm, when he calls out devices out of proper resonance or magics not quite tuned to purpose.

Púca is the Irish word for "ghost".
