Allen was born with a myriad of unusual gifts, leaving many frightened and calling for his head. Although the intent behind his usage is never malicious, the magnitude of his powers often surprise him and can surface without much warning or control. Because of this, he has a target on his back. However, the only important thing to Allen is the safety of his twin sister, Annie. He will do everything in his power to protect her, despite being physically weaker in all aspects.

When granted asylum by Schwartz Industries alongside his sister, Allen was accepted into Research Team B to be observed by the S.I. Science Division. He remains uneasy about the situation, but he attempts to put on a happy face as to not worry his sister.
