An unhappy unclad Nocturne sits staring out at the lightning and rain from the clan's main entranceway:

"For the sake of my clan I must become a pawn, shuffled around the board, humph...
Well at least its only temporary and Lady Raiken did promise me a promotion afterwards...
hmmmm....maybe I'll get to help out the other warriors?
I doubt it. *sigh* Somedragon told me its in Arcane, maybe I can pick up some books while i'm there..."

Meryn had traveled far though the Arcanist's lands to reach his destination, first by weaving and skillfully flying through giant pink spires of the Crystalspine Reaches. Then managing to keep his wits about him while traversing the brightly illuminated woods of Starwood Strand. Until finally, (to his relief) the observatory was no longer a speck but instead a much more tangential vision sitting high above the Focal Point.

"What is that bloody scent?!"
There was some familiarity to the sweet smelling air as the nature side of him felt an almost soothing sensation wash over. Bright pink roses adorn the entrance to the lair, perhaps a gift from another clan or one of the others that belong to this stead have a green claw? As quickly as he became distracted, Meryn jumped in response to a pair of fangs piercing his tail. "Yeowch!" his head snapping back to the cause of the outburst, Meryn's face immediately twists into a toothy frown as he tries to reclaim the appendage by force from the odd beast. A playful Manticore stares up at him before rolling onto it's back with a loud *purr* waiting for stomach rubs that Meryn was in no mood to give!

"Welcome traveler!" A rather large bright green nocturne emerges from the skyline, "I heard you are our honored guest while the two clans finish the transaction!" The rather jolly, rather obnoxiously green Nocturne is donning emeralds and hollowed out bird skulls which have been strung together with twine against his fur covered chest. "I am the ringleader of this little family and you may call my Ozzy!"

Meryn grunts at the flashy dragon, "sure whatever" He was hoping for peace, quiet, and heck maybe even enjoying the time away from the rain and that noisy Stormcatcher always bringing down storms and demands for more work to be done. Well at least he gets to stay in the back with the most room and far away from that happy-go-lucky greenbean that foolishly claims to be the leader. "Maybe next time I can end up in a water flight lair near the beach so I can work on my doggy paddle...
