Biography
It was Raj who first found the egg in the dawn of the shortest day in the year. It bore no elemental marks, and a strange shape that none recognised. Even Nereid's powerful scrying magic could not penetrate it. An entire day was spent deliberating on whether they should or should not hatch this strange egg in fear of what it may do to the clan. In the end, with great trepidation, they chose to hatch the egg.
Thus the first Faeclaw Nocturne was born. They named him Solstice after the day they found him.
Due to his nature colors, Arboreal took an immediate liking to the little dragon and has taken him under his wing. The two are rarely found separate, even as Solstice rapidly outgrows his surrogate father. Solstice naturally mimics the gruff, taciturn nature of his father and the monotone voice of the Fae, using his wings in place of missing crests and thus making him very easy to get along with in the clan.
Valefor jokes that eventually Arboreal will be riding him.
