Kerria

Kerria, meaning "Rough, wet ground"

Kerria believes she was ill-named out of spite by her parents, who were at the time on bad terms with one another. Whilst her parents have since made amends with one another, they have become the only dragons that Kerria has been unable to forgive in her life. Bitter and rebellious at an early age, her Clan sent her off to her far Obsidian relatives in the Viridian Labyrinth, while the they tried to ease the tensions between her parents. She rapidly fell in love with the homes in the trees, the Clan, and with the entire life that seemed to stretch before her with the possibilities of what she could do. She firmly declared she did not wish to return to her home Clan, and begged Sintharia, the Lair Lady, to allow her to stay. The entire lair had already formed an affection for the sometimes cynical and biting but always caring spiral, and Sintharia's choice was a swift one.
Kerria is stubborn and quick to chaff under most leadership, but she respects Sintharia and Neltharion enough to listen most of the time. Fierce and quick to speak her mind, her tongue sometimes gets her in trouble, but she is just as quick to apologize. Perhaps because of her emotional neglect as a hatchling by her parents, she is highly sensitive to the mental and emotional needs of those around her and naturally protective as well.
