Wiley

History
The dragon today known as Uncle Wiley was once known by a different name; Wilbur. He used to be general for PEIP, a military group specialized in handling the supernatural. He also used to mentor a dragon named McNamara, who would later take his role as general.
Seeing how often strange occurrences happened in Hatchet Clan territory, he proposed that they kept a base in the clan.
As time went on, he became more and more fascinated by a realm known as the Black and White, a dimension that PEIP believed was the source of Hatchet Clan's strange happenings. He became devoted to his research, specifically on the entities residing in the Black and White. Soon enough, he had PEIP construct a portal into the Black and White. Wilbur was the first to enter it, and was not prepared to be a mortal in an eldritch plane. Or perhaps he was entirely willing. We might never know.
He lost himself when he found the Lords in Black, namely Wiggog Y'Wrath. He abandoned his old life, and now lives as Uncle Wiley, a disciple of the Lords in Black.
