The child of Shade worshiping cultists.

He was crafted and cultivated with the intent of being a
vessel for the Shade gods to inhabit him and use his
body to do their bidding how they please.

When he hatched, and bore the eyes of Light, his creators looked
upon him with disdain. But they wouldn't let this error get in the
way of their plans.

They took him into the heart of the Tangled Wood, and began
the rituals.

He wasn't even a week old.
