- Hatchling Biography

A peculiar nocturne who simply turned up in Wafer's lair one day.

After initially terrifying the entirety of Wafer's clan, she was accepted as a member and brought up by Cerris and Cassian - somewhat accidentally, as they thought she was an animal at the time.


- Adolescent Biography

She vanished from their residence for nearly a month, leaving the group mourning her presumed death... only to return with her son in tow.

When Wafer's clan - and later Dovesong - disbanded, she set out on her own.

For a time, she lived a solitary life. She gained a passion for woodcarving and began crafting strange and wonderful masks to sell, alongside simple weaponry and other various trinkets.

She caught the eye of Cyval when his carnival happened to set up near her camp, and she was invited to join up with them as another carny and vendor.

Anemone accepted, later shedding her nocturne form in the hopes it would help ease her affinity for mimicry so she could wheel and deal more convincingly.

It worked to a small extent, but she still made use of her innate skills every now and then, such as for convincing patrons of the carnival that their companions had surely made it back outside.

- Adult Biography

Work at the carnival weighed on her in a fashion she couldn't have described even if she wanted to. One night, when the fair was all packed up and headed off to the next clan to terrorize, she simply lagged behind and changed directions, leaving the bulk of her belongings with the troupe and leaving with whatever she was carrying at the time.

She kept crafting masks, selling them or trading for food whenever the opportunity arose as she passed from place to place and town to town.
Finally, she found herself in Starstrand Bay, and was quietly enchanted by it. She began to linger in the area, offering her masks as trades as always.

She became seen as a clan member in time, though who knows if/when she'll decide to roam further once more.
