Eloise is one of two dragons put in charge of overseeing the quarantine and clean-up of the late Clan Pendulum's lair. Unlike Atticus, Eloise has no qualms bending the rules to ensure the job gets done. Her impulses and brashness reflect in her personal life, where she oversteps tact frequently in her desire to progress her goals. Probably has caused at least one affair across the Order.

Her magic is noxious on purpose; she finds glee using odors to irritate and beguile others. While Atticus' magic revolves around containment, Eloise has dedicated her life to purifying and warding magic, a requisite for working in the region where the Symbiote Shade once festered.

She reports to Feldspar, whose presence has thus far been tolerated by Noire in exchange for the containment of entities such as Leech.
