To say that Cinder is obsessed with fire would be an understatement... This dragon with pyromaniac tendencies cannot be left unattended, otherwise he will start a fire; and as he likes to say: « the more the merrier ». He will have no qualms about starting a fire, and will not even be sorry for his action; all he'll do is look at his work with joy while stamping with excitement at the sight of the flames.

He's far from being a fool. Is he aware that flames are deadly? Yes, very much so. Does that stop him from being careless and putting himself in dangerous situations just so he can see a crackling fire? Absolutely not, to the great dismay of literally everyone aeound him.

He's not heartless. He understands that some people don't like him nor his endeavors. But oh well, he can just avoid those people. He hopes to find a crew of fire fanatics one day, dragons as obsessed as him with the beauty of embers, with whom he'll be able to enjoy a magnificent bonfire.
