Naika has been dead for so long, existing in a state of nothing... until they found themselves trapped in a soulcatcher chip, implanted into the brain of Ruby-Connie. With this, they are brought back to consciousness... but she brings up unpleasant memories in them, provoking them. With rage they lash out, inky black waters piercing into her mind, where her fears and memories lay. She screams in pain, and burns away their water and them. With the fight over, she discovers she doesn't know how to release them... resulting in them both making a reluctant truce.

Naika doesn't remember the exact details of what happened to them, but their affinity for inky black waters and ice, as well as the tendrils under their control leads them to believe they drowned... not due to negligence, but betrayal. 		5kODyPT.gif
