Tesla is an extrovert's extrovert who cannot stand not being in the company of others-- which can get rather annoying. He loves giving dragons gifts to brighten their day, usually flowers, and will do almost anything to turn a frown upside down. He is almost always in a good mood and has a knock out smile.
He loves flowers and goes most days to collect them, which he then dries and puts in journals with a detailed description of when and where he collected them.

Ruler is not very fond of him.
