Male descendants of the infamous Viking Lord, Ragnar and the siren, Lorelei are strong willed as well as have their mother’s strong connection of the sea. They are strong like their father and many follow in his footsteps. Unlike their sisters, they are not sirens and take strongly after their father. Many take on their father’s ghost-like appearance. Occasionally, some of the sons inherit their mother’s runes; they have more magic abilities than their other brothers. In some rumors, the sons are nixes; male versions of what their mother is. Able to sing and lure unsuspected females to their dooms, maybe even snagging a mate like their mother did. The sons who become nixes are usually all the sons with runes; however, many may also choose this life.

Female descendants of Ragnar and Lorelei are charismatic and unlike their brothers become sirens like their mother. Due to the mixing of the blood-line many inherit their father’s ghostly appearance like their brothers which mean they have a weakened power of their mother. Though some who inherits their mother’s full power with runes.
