RYLRUREN

The first thing you see when you enter the vast Venalia territory is a temple which towers high into the blue skies. Various banners and flags are draped on its walls and on the highest peak you can just make out a kite resembling the Windsinger flying high above; twirling and twisting in the wind much like its real counterpart.
You've been staring at the kite for so long, lost in its oddly mesmerising movements, you don't even notice that you've been surrounded completely until it's too late - the inhabitants of the temple are all around you. But there's no reason to be afraid. These dragons aren't here to cause trouble. As a matter of fact, they bear a striking resemblance to the deities of each Flight; and the bold flags that each carries beside is the undeniable fact:

personality
According to most, the dragons of the Water flight are particularly well-kept, humble and honest, only becoming irritable with good reason; Rylruren is the embodiment of that ideology. With an incredibly calm temperament and a relaxed attitude he's often seen as the representative that you should talk to if you've done something wrong - the others, they say, will anger at your misdeeds, whilst Rylruren apparently doesn't have it in him to feel such things. This is a massive stretch of the truth, as he can indeed feel angry, but this is seldom seen as he is as calm and soft-spoken as the water he represents.
That said, even the gentlest of currents can become raging typhoons and when Rylruren's rare chance to become angered arises, he is a force to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, as he doesn't like confrontation, he has a hard time directing this anger at other beings (even his devout enemies) and will often spend days on end "missing". Without telling the other representatives where he is going he will temporarily move closer to where the Wind territory meets the sea and live by the water until he feels calm again. Some see his refusal to show true anger as a sign of kindness and purity, others view it as weakness and being too gentle, so it's unclear if it falls into a good personality trait, or a bad one.
trivia
- He likes playing with water. Often he'll carry around a chalice of water, not to drink, but to poke a claw into and swirl it around.
- He often cries after a battle and apologises for hurting even his worst enemies. Some say the tears he sheds from doing this collect into a stream and become part of the current that flows around his body.
- He meticulously looks after the banner the Tidelord gave him. If so much as a speck of dirt lands on the blue fabric he'll spend hours cleaning it.
