Kiyo is definitely a fighter, not a lover. She is tiny, so she has a massive complex against the other (quite often bigger) dragons and feels the urge to try to dominate everything and everyone.

She has made a few friends in the clan despite her prickly nature, none more so than Tui, her mate. His persistence and seemly enjoyment of her brutal demeanour piqued her interest, and while she is fiercely protective of him, she also does not put up with his teasing and will gladly show him his place (something he also enjoys)

She likes to wander and explore though. And while it might be surprising to other dragons, Kiyo enjoys growing flowers and arranging them. Finding a gentle beauty in nature that is hard to capture anywhere else in her previously turbulent life.
