Phoebe

Phoebe was one of the first Nocturne hatchlings to surface on the solstice. She was surprised and confused to learn that most dragons have a unique, constant personality. She has since put a lot of effort into her mental discipline and rarely mimics anymore (except when very tired or upset). She is careful and considerate, but has no tolerance for ill-considered actions, and can therefore come across as strict. She generally speaks quietly but with a pointedness to her voice that some dragons find intimidating.

She enjoys studying. Her personal greatest interests are alchemy and mathematics, but she will study any of the sciences and most of the arts. The exception is philosophy, not because she lacks interest, but because it is too subjective to properly debate about in her opinion. She also studies psychology, but refuses to discuss it so as to maintain her own perspectives on mental discipline. She is extremely organized, and is working on creating a centralized library for the clan (as many of her clanmates have taken up their own personal studies).

She is in a committed relationship with Ospen, but neither of them consider breeding a particularly intimate activity,* so they have an open relationship in that sense.
